The journey of Dream Oaks Developers
Dream Oaks did not begin in the capital. It began on the coast, in Gwadar, and grew north into the Islamabad region one development at a time. Here is where it started and what it has built since.

It began in Gwadar
Every developer has a first site. Ours was in Gwadar, the port city on the Makran coast, a long way from the sectors of Islamabad the company would later be known for. Starting there set the discipline the company still runs on: build for the place, supervise the work directly, and hand over exactly what was promised.
Khushbakht Mall in Gwadar was that first landmark, a retail centre for a city that was growing quickly. It set the pattern for everything after it, a scheme planned around how people would actually use it rather than around whatever filled the plot most evenly.

From the coast to the capital
From Gwadar the work moved north into the Islamabad region, where most of the portfolio now stands: B-17, Top City, Faisal Town, Faisal Margalla City and Faisal Hills. The move did not change the method. The same team designs, builds and hands over every scheme, so a building in Islamabad is held to the standard that was set on the coast.

The arcades and the malls
Retail is where the company has built the most. In B-17, Dream Oaks Arcade and the two phases of Khushbakht Arcade give the sector its everyday commercial streets, sized to the trades that actually take space on them. Club View Arcade and Glorious Arcade, with its second phase, extend that same commercial fabric across the area.
Khushbakht Mall in Gwadar remains the group's landmark on the coast, the scheme the whole story starts from.

The homes
Dream Oaks Villas in B-17 is a community of family houses built to one specification from the foundation to the front door, which is the reason the street still matches itself. Dream Oaks Heights carries the same care into apartment living, homes set over shared ground floors with the servicing and access settled before a foundation was poured.

The mixed-use and commercial work
B Square in B-17 puts retail beneath homes, with the line between trading and living drawn in from the start. Dream First Business Center and V Tower, the latter in Top City, give the region purpose-built commercial and office space. Sapphire Mall and Apartments, also in Top City, is the group's largest single scheme, a mall and homes brought together in one development.
Thirteen developments now carry the company's name, from a mall on the Gwadar coast to towers in the capital. Every one of them was designed, built and handed over by the same team, which is the through-line from the first project to the most recent.
