Lead the sales function across our residential and commercial developments — building the pipeline, mentoring the sales team, and closing high-value bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Own the monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned projects.
- Recruit, train and manage a team of sales executives and coordinate with brokerage partners.
- Handle key-client negotiations and close bookings for apartments, shops and offices.
- Report on pipeline, conversions and market feedback to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a team-lead role.
- Strong knowledge of the Islamabad / Rawalpindi property market.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and team-management skills.
Supervise day-to-day site work to keep our buildings on schedule, on budget and to the finish standard Dream Oaks is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise labour, subcontractors and material use against the construction schedule.
- Enforce quality checks, safety procedures and site housekeeping every day.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material logs and inspection records.
- Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to resolve site issues quickly.
Requirements
- Diploma (DAE Civil) or a degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years supervising multi-storey residential or commercial construction.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Working knowledge of site safety standards and quality control.
Manage instalment and payment recovery from clients — keeping accounts current through clear, professional follow-up.
Key responsibilities
- Track due instalments and follow up with clients by phone, email and in person.
- Issue payment reminders and reconcile received payments with the accounts team.
- Negotiate payment plans for overdue accounts within company policy.
- Maintain accurate recovery records and report ageing to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business or Finance.
- 2+ years in recovery, collections or client accounts, ideally in real estate.
- Firm but courteous communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic accounting software.
Keep the books accurate and current — from daily entries and reconciliations to the monthly reports management relies on.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily transactions, maintain ledgers and process payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, client accounts and vendor balances.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and receivables / payables reports.
- Support audits, tax filings and payroll processing.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com or ACCA (part-qualified) or equivalent.
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar software and MS Excel.
- Sound understanding of Pakistani tax and compliance basics.
Be the first point of contact for buyers and investors — presenting our projects, following up on leads and converting enquiries into bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and conduct project and site presentations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until a decision is reached.
- Prepare quotations and booking forms and hand over files to the accounts team.
- Keep the CRM updated and share market feedback with the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; strong graduates with excellent communication are welcome.
- 1+ year in real estate or direct sales is preferred.
- Confident presentation skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Own transport and willingness to travel to project sites.
Keep the office running smoothly day to day — hospitality, upkeep, dispatch and errands for the head-office team.
Key responsibilities
- Keep the office, meeting rooms and pantry clean and well stocked.
- Serve tea, water and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle dispatch, deliveries, bank visits and other outdoor errands.
- Assist the admin team with photocopying, filing and meeting setup.
Requirements
- Matriculation or above.
- 1+ year in a similar office-support role preferred.
- Punctual, presentable and trustworthy.
- Basic spoken Urdu; a valid motorcycle licence is a plus.
