Process
Four stages, and one name on all of them.
There is no committee between you and the person accountable for your building. That is a constraint on how much we can build in a year, and it is deliberate.

We choose the land
We look at what a site could become, not only at what it is. That often means buying the plot other developers have already walked away from.

We survey before we draw
The site is measured first, then planned. A problem found at that stage costs a new drawing. The same problem found during building costs months.

We build it ourselves
Our own team runs the site, using one set of materials from the foundation to the front door. It is why our buildings still match themselves years later.

We hand over the keys
A date agreed in writing, and one person accountable for it from the first day of work to the day the keys change hands.
